Step 2: Sear the Beef

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium–high heat.
  2. Add beef in a single layer—do not overcrowd.
  3. Cook 2–3 minutes without stirring until the bottom is golden.
  4. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until both sides are browned.
  5. Transfer beef to a plate; keep warm.

Step 3: Sauté the Mushrooms

Step 4: Add Garlic & Sauce

  1. Push mushrooms to one side.

Step 5: Combine & Finish

  1. Return steak cubes to the pan.
  2. Gently toss mushrooms and beef so everything is coated in sauce.
