Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Pasta

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

Cook penne pasta until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Meatballs

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, sweet corn, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and form 6 evenly sized meatballs.
Step 3: Cook the Sauce

In a deep skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil and sauté chopped onion until soft.

Add canned tomatoes and let simmer for 1 minute.

Stir in pasta sauce and a splash of water. Simmer for another 3–5 minutes.
Step 4: Add Pasta & Meatballs

Toss cooked pasta into the sauce and stir to coat evenly.

Gently place raw chicken meatballs on top of the pasta and cover with a lid.

Let it cook on low heat for 8–10 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked through.
Step 5: Cheese Time!

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.

Cover again and let the cheese melt — about 1–2 minutes.
Step 6: Finish & Serve

Sprinkle dried oregano or parsley flakes on top.
